pionear 09/22/22 12:09:54 PM #5:	FYI, Newark will be losing it's status as a NYC area airport soon: https://newjersey.news12.com/newark-liberty-international-airport-will-no-longer-be-nyc-area-airport-due-to-upcoming-city-code-change Why, I dunno since most of North Jersey is considered Metro NYC On that list, I dunno, don't really like sticking around either of them, but I guess JFK (eventhough LGA is getting alot of improvements) But the nicest Airport I ever been to was the one in Detroit (forgot the name) had a layover there once...felt like I was at an upscale Shopping Center or something! <cite>pionear posted [p:968218994] in Best New Y... I flew twice, return trip, Calgary (what I expected from an airport) to Vancouver (really beautiful) Never been to Pearson, but see it on TV all the time, I want to dive (intellectually) into the train to and from if I ever get the chance. I have been to quite a few small airfields in Southern Ontario, grew up next to CFB Borden and had yearly airshows.
