I think what happened was Amazon sent an email with the question to customers who bought the product from Amazon. The customer either, is upset that the order was lost in shipping, bought it as a gift for someone else, only used it once since getting it, etc... The customer takes out their frustrations with their reply and has no idea it will be displayed on the product page.
