Xethuminra 09/20/22 7:54:28 AM #13:	Such a good game, im continuing my little side file here I started. It's a little different from Souls & Bloodborne or Sekiro, man. Not that all the Souls games are that much the same anyway. Beat the Murkwater Duelist & Summonwater ferryman bosses. Duelist gave me trouble yesterday, so I introduced him to backstabington. Instantly hitting players with the challenge of fight Margit or explore is really genius. The feels of running right into a wall in an open world game like that, after 10+ years of Souls, I can't imagine. Also, Melina - if she was "testing" you, I find it strange. She says that Torrent had faith in you, but she was unsure. Does this clash with what we see their actual dialogue is when you're passed out before the tutorial? I think that opening scene indicated that Torrent wasn't sure about you, but she was. Hmm What really stands out to me is how interactive so many parts of the game are. Puzzles, the spirit-spring jump things, little animals to hunt or play with, and of course a wide range of areas, key items, upgrades, and other goodies to acquire. Wondering if it wouldn't be cool to have buyable upgrade materials unlocked across all files as a reward for completing a certain challenge, in the future as DLC, or for another game, to further the formula <cite>Xethuminra posted [p:968167686] in Elden Ring...
