West and North Vegas has to deal with daily life-or-death threats from Fiends and water / power shortages. Oh and since we're taking about Night City, I'd recommend checking out the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime on Netflix. It's pretty good. Lots of "Oh shit" moments.
