The only really disappointing losses are the ones when Ozark or late season GoT won. Like there is enough top-tier television that it's entirely possible that a great show could have a bad run of luck and get beat by other great shows. And since BCS started Ozark and GoT is really the only shows who won that I consider not great.

Rhea Seahorn and Michael McKean did get snubbed from a nomination perspective though and that is unforgivable.
