GuerrillaSoldier 09/12/22 6:05:38 PM #14:	pros and cons. for the most part, except the obvious cultural clashes, religion teaches a pretty good basic sense of forgiveness, care, comfort, acceptance, kindness, and all that. like school, if no one's there to teach it, people have a difficult time figuring this stuff out. but the obvious cons are when things clash, or, when some views don't seem to actually be positive and for the good of all. usually stuff stuck in time. but it all gets mixed up into the same teachings anyway, because if things change then the belief and structure of it crumbles too. --- Disclaimer: There's a good chance the above post could be sarcasm. I went to a Christmas church gathering a couple years ago, figured it would be a nice night out, sing a few Christmas Carols. But no.
