Honestly ive been on xbox (and playstation) since day 1 but i think last generation when xbox did absolutely nothing it kind of convinced me to go exclusively playstation. The only reason to get xbox at this point is halo and that sucks. But playstation has lost some big names recently that went xbox exclusive so i hope im not making a bad call here.

I'm glad Microsoft has been putting just about every game on PC for a while now. I barely used my Xbox One because of that and have no plans to ever get the new Xbox.

PS quintuple but honestly PC plays like 99% of the games these days so I'd probably use it to play like 2 games.

PS5 because of it what it offers now plus an entire highly optimized library of PS4 titles.

also the idea of Xbox as a console is on the verge of redundancy bc of Gamepass.

Honestly in an ideal economy with quality mgmt, Sony would broker a deal with MS to bring Gamepass to PS5. Everybody wins.

Series X for the backwards compatibility. Not the Xbox One BC, but the BC with the 360 and original Xbox games. I own over 600 games I can play on the Series X, through Games with Gold and just picking stuff up cheap over the years. And that isn't including the Xbox One Games with Gold, or the Game Pass games, or even my physical games.

On the Series X I can play so many Sonic games, Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Morrowind, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, GTAIV and its expansions, every Dragon Age game, every Halo game, Half Life 2, Portal 1 and 2, Jade Empire, Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2, Conker's Bad Fur Day (both the original and remake), every 3D Banjo Kazooie game, the entire Saint's Row series, Beyond Good and Evil, loads of Hitman games, Red Dead Redemption 1, Bully, Overlord 1 and 2, Timesplitters 2, Perfect Dark, Daytona USA, loads of original Xbox Star Wars games, Dead Space 1, 2, and 3, Lost Planet 1, 2, and 3, Borderlands 1 and 2 (maybe the presequel? Idk i dont own it), Deus Ex Human Revolution, XCOM Enemy Unknown, every Assassin's Creed game that's released on consoles, the entire Castlevania Lords of Shadow series, Monkey Island 1 and 2. Just off the top of my head. You get the idea.

I think if you're like me and don't do too much with PC gaming, you can't do much better for variety than Xbox right now. Well, if you want to play older games, which I know is a big "if" for a lot of people.

PS5 since all Xbox Series X exclusives are on the PC.
