I'm talking about being able to play the NES/SNES/N64 games

1 - Is there a way to back out to the game select screen? I keep having to close the whole thing down just to go back to being able to select the game I want to play.

2 - Are there any in-game instructions since we don't have a manual? I was playing Mario Tennis 64, but I don't know some of the controls. Seems like AB/BA lobs the ball high in the air, and the opposite would give it a love tap near the net, but that's body memory from the GBC game.
