I'm trying to wean off by slowly lowering the amount of nicotine in each container of e juice. But I ran out and have been using nicotine free e juice (lacking the funds for anything else) and the withdrawals were too much to deal with.

I regret ever picking it up. The withdrawals make me feel like I want to die.

How low did you go before going cold turkey?

By either quitting cold turkey and willpowering it, vaping, patches/gum, and/or smoking or vaping weed instead. Maybe drinking.

I quit smoking and vaping cuz I got tired of fuckin up my lipstick

Stopped hanging out with other smokers.

I just use nicotine pouches. No tobacco and it doesnt hurt your lungs!

some people ween, but from my experience cold turkey is the best, then if you are going crazy just use a nicotine gum or something.

really, it's all willpower and mental toughness. first week was the hardest but after that it's really easy to not think about it. it's also really easy to fall back into it too, so thats where the discipline comes in

this was for smoking btw, which i did years ago. no clue if vaping is different, i imagine it is a tad bit.

Champix was great for me. Word of warning though the dreams are really, really fucking bizarre. Like, fever-dream level bizarre. I don't remember any of them now (this was 10 years ago), but holy hell did they knock me for 6.

Vaping helped me quit cigs , I don't want to stop vaping. I love my alpine melon .

Lmao yes. I got warnings of nightmares, but they werent nightmares they were just super fucking crazy and very lucid. A couple different times I questioned if I was still dreaming in moments at work and stuff.

I don't smoke cigs; 99% of the time, I vape.

my teeth hurt, sore throat, really weird anxiety/panic feelings, tightness in my chest, swollen lymph nodes in my neck

that was before I quit. had to quit weed for a week too because the anxiety got so bad. I've smoked a few cigs since then(almost 2 years ago) but haven't vaped.

Never using it in the first place.

Well I have no teeth but I HAVE experienced a sore throat (not very common) and slight pain in my chest when I take a deep breath.

Try cold chicken if cold turkey doesn't work

Make a lot of abrupt changes to your lifestyle. When you're miserable you won't know which vice to blame.

I've heard Quit Tea works really well. A friend of mine who started smoking at 12 quit in his early 30s with this.

get the patch. It got rid of most withdrawal symptoms and really curbed the urge

I am worried about stopping cold turkey considering I just had my first major seizure since I was 3 years old due to household stress (at least I'm pretty sure that was why).

there are many options for you to explore if you dont want to go cold turkey. Gum, patches, tea, prescribed medication.

Yeah if you've got a really bad anxiety problem they'll probably be happy to prescribe valium for short term use. In combo with a patch or gum or whatever it'll be super effective.

Cold turkey.

I smoked for 7 years, quit for 10, and was stupid enough to start vaping and im still vaping 5 years later fml

You can get ejuice as low as 3mg from some places, I think by 15% you may mean 15mg? If so, you still had room to step down and wean yourself off.

Nicotine Patches. Don't waste money and buy the expensive AF Nicoderm ones. Go to Target and buy their store brand, it's literally the same thing. Same packaging for the packages minus the brand name, manufactured in the same facility by the same company for half the price and they look identical.

Anytime you are all "I need a smoke" or whatever the proper term is for these e-cigs just remember your body is getting the nicotine from the patch already and you just want to do the act of smoking. It's all about remembering that and you'll be fine.

This will help. My mother stopped multiple times and had no problems

My dad stopped repeatedly with her but the patches and gum never helped him so hes start again... and then shes start.

Hes going to be smoking on his death bed.
