In the ceiling move as a kid, but havent been able for a long time?

Im watching my ceiling fan, set to medium speed, slowly shift from side to side.

You could probably still do it if your brain wasnt so smooth.

I can close my eyes and make the purple cycling patterns there do some funky stuff.

I can still easily make patterns like that. Sometimes its even against my will. But I also have HPPD and an extensive history of psychedelic use, so maybe that has something to do with it. Like, maybe its a brain plasticity thing that gives us that ability when were younger and since psychedelics increase our brain plasticity it allows us to retain (or possibly even regain?) that ability. No idea if thats actually the case, just a random theory I thought up while writing this
