I hate neighbors like that. I used to have neighbors that would use their garbage cans to occupy street parking. We don't even put ours away. We just leave it at the curb and bring bags all the way to it. Landlord lives in the building too so he obviously doesn't care and probably prefers it that way (his truck is big and takes up so much of the driveway that it would be tough to drag the bins by it anyway). --- Always check timestamps... ...
