It's a great game, but as someone who played it on PC I don't think it would translate to phone at all. If you have a tablet, sure, but the game needs a much larger screen than a phone to work. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome? Thweeet!" Maybe its well optimized?The problem wouldn't be getting it to run, the game is very low spec-wise, but the fact that it uses all of the space on the screen for things that you need to see.
