that the Netflix series are indeed canon. Matt will be the same Matt from the Netflix series, just post time-skip (obviously). This would make Daredevil: Born Again essentially Daredevil Season 4

Keep in mind another rumor from She-Hulk is that Matt will namedrop Jessica Jones and say that he's looking for her.

Yeah, I think it's also gonna be the launching pad for Thunderbolts which maybe Punisher will be a part of.

It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. Because Vincent D'onofrio also let on that Kingpin likely got snapped as well and his appearance in Hawkeye is him trying to rebuild his empire

I mean season 3 pretty much adapted the Born Again storyline from the comics where Matt's identity is discovered by Kingpin and he is forced to rebuild his life from the ground up and is "born again"

Hopefully the new season is coasting off of that, where Matt has gone through that horrible trauma throughout season 3 and now he's "Born Again" with a new lease on life.

Or yeah maybe it's just him trying to put all his shit back together post-Snap

Mosy likely that or Dark Avengers. Wouldn't be surprised if the MCU more or less rolls them into being the same thing though

I don't think so. Thunderbolts is like the group of reformed villains/anti heroes. Echo has her own series which Kingpin will be in and I don't have a clue with what they're planning with Yelena.

Also I could be wrong but I think it's been heavily rumored that Krysten Ritter, Jon Bernthal and Mike Colter are all going to come back at some point in the future. So Punisher being on that team is certainly a possibility

FWIW, Thunderbolts has already been confirmed so we know it's coming. I can't imagine that's not the team Fontaine is trying to build up

If Thunderbolts DOES end up being the MCU Dark Avengers, it'll be interesting to see if they do a 1-for-1 recreation of the OG lineup. They could do:

US Agent - Captain America
??? - Iron-Man (I'm guessing this is where Armor Wars comes in)
Hercules? Ares? - Thor
Abomination - Hulk
Yelena Belova - Black Widow
Taskmaster? - Hawkeye

I've heard Krysten Ritter and Jon Bernthal coming back, but nothing really about Mike Colter. I hope he does though.
