That's good to know. I found some instant mashed potatoes, so I'll just eat those

I'm not sure, but whenever I check around 3am, nothing shows up even though there are some 24 hour places around here, including convenience stores.

if it doesn't work for you, maybe check on individual places and see if they do their own deliveries, since more and more places started doing so after covid lockdowns.

Finding drivers is never an issue for me, but finding restaurants can be.

I have never had any trouble getting food delivered from them or doordash at all hours of the day. I regularly get food delivered to me between 1am and 3am while at work. As long as there are active drivers and you are within range of an open business that's on their app, you should be able to get it delivered.
