Common sense and diligence is the best password manager. Pay attention to the pseudo-legalese language they use. "we have seen no evidence" >Whether they did or did not, we don't really know. They might have, they might not have "deployed containment and mitigation measures, and engaged a leading cybersecurity and forensics firm" >We haven't done anything yet other than make a phone call to some experts "we are evaluating further mitigation techniques to strengthen our environment" >we got caught with our hand in the cookie jar, and we promise we won't do it again! but we might do something else! It's all PR mumbo jumbo. The best thing a user can do is divest themselves of all involvement with "Lastpass". The name itself shows you just how much they prioritize customer data -- last. ...
