(Not just me, but my whole department/shift) Today, both were fired. Man, I have been gleeful for the last hour over this. It's crazy. This is more software-based, so it would be far different. We have lots of coders and the like. Despite that, I am definitely never bored. I'm more in a monitor's position though so I have my own clients to watch and monitor more closely anyways. Others not in my position but still in my department definitely have a lot more downtime though and that's perfectly fine, as long as they help.
