Is it still going? I thought their business model was unsustainable and they couldn't get investors anymore.

They're relaunching with a new owner (one of the execs that the other execs fired because he was telling them how unsustainable it was lol).

Is it still the same model? You pay x price and can see a movie a day?

A lot of theaters have plans like that now. I had one with Regal theaters for a couple months and I was watching a couple movies a day

They haven't released a lot of details, aside from the fact that there will be three tiers at $10, $20 and $30.

Very doubtful, that model was unsustainable. They did say there would be no unlimited viewing tier to start with. I'm guessing the lowest tier ($10) will probably be like 2 movies a month or something.
