Pretty excited, didn't think I'd make it that far since the game is even harder than the default game. But this last stretch of levels is the hardest yet

/s I am not being serious.

Thinking I'll beat the game, unlock the save function, then go back and get the star coins.

But so far I have to say that while I was initially bemoaning the difficulty spike, it's actually been a fun ride so far.

I still want to rebuy this on switch

It's been a lot of fun playing a 2d platformer, and I'm glad I played it first out of the mario games on switch (next would be 3d world+bowser fury and of course odyssey is saved best for last)

I wasn't gonna play nsmb switch because I'd been itching for a 3d platformer, but ended up having so much fun that I'm actually not ready to say goodbye to 2d platforming just yet

I can't believe I forgot that getting double digits at the flag pole nets you items. I shoulda remember that from super smash bros melee days

Whats the point/difference of the Luigi version?

It has the classic luigi slipperiness and higher jump, but it's also much more difficult and the levels are different and shorter due to only having 100 seconds every level to beat it.
