Just a few minor features left now. And some improvement to the Z-ordering algorithm, if I can actually come up with one. (Due to some details of how L3D levels are constructed, it isn't appropriate to use a Z buffer.)

Don't have a link handy but if you search "lemmings 3d Loap" without the quotes you'll find a bit. Most footage out there is from older builds than the current one tho.

You're welcome to, there's test builds available. Keep in mind it's a community project for the sake of making the game more accessible on modern devices and improving on some of its faults, not a commercial release, though. (Currently only doing Windows builds, but I intend to do Linux too once it reaches stable. Should also be possible to compile for Mac.)

C# with Monogame. Not a huge fan of engines like Unity, I prefer to do most of it myself and only use libraries for the low level stuff like graphics / audio.

No, this is a remake of Lemmings 3D . Try a remake of 2D lemmings for that (like NeoLemmix).

The level is one of my custom ones; the video does actually show it being solved, but it's one of those easy "you get X of every skill, and there are several ways to complete it" type levels - the official L3D levels completely glossed over this style of level, but I made sure to include a decent number of them in my custom pack (most of the first rank is this style of level, and a couple pop up later in the pack too).

Today's update brings it ever closer! It now has the ability to mass-check replays (ie: quickly check a large amount of saved gameplay replay files, to see which ones do or don't pass; useful for checking if eg. a physics change in an update has broken anything - it was a highly demanded and heavily used feature in a similar engine for 2D lemmings), among other much-less-significant but still nice improvements.

Oh yeah, I said I was gonna post some screenshots when I was on a PC.

Probably not all that likely. This isn't commercial, and they're not really doing anything with the Lemmings IP, nor selling Lemmings 3D on any platform, anyway. The only Lemmings clone that ran into legal trouble was Copycat Lemmings, back in the 90s, more or less at the height of Lemmings' popularity.

And if it did, there's always the option to replace the Lemmings graphical assets with custom ones, take out the official L3D levels (while leaving the ability to load them from files, if the user provides their own copy of the game), and repackage it as a completely non-Lemmings game. Which I could theoretically even sell at that point, and actually be competing with them (but really, this is done for love of the game and wanting to bring Lemmings 3D - which I personally consider the best Lemmings game outside of the original and original-like (eg. ONML, Holiday Lemmings) ones - to the fans of the series who wanted to play it, but can't conveniently run it on modern OSes and/or can't stand its camera controls; I'd do something original from the start if I wanted to actually sell anything).
