I was literally fighting a mutant bacteria on someone's liver and if i miss i cut their livers like some foie gras. I loved the first one and concept of the series over all. I could never finish the last surgery of the first game though and never got into the series after that. It pretty much wrecked my touch screen at the time lol. --- This used to be a worthy sig ... Copied to Clipboard!
