These are lowest common denominator movies, meaning its meant for all. If you have unique tastes, its not meant for you. Simple as that.

They specifically dont want to target unique tastes as to not alienate the main audience.

Movies with strong themes or intense drama dont appeal to the masses.

Jumping over the bait.....Id say theres an art in making so many consistently decent movies. Cause at the very least theyre well made and well thought out. And theyre always on point for most technical aspects.

the financial metrics on them are off the charts though. NPV is major-plus, IRR the same, and payback period is basically like.....1 month post-release.
