[LFAQs-redacted-quote]

The issue Ive brought up is the reputation part specifically. If thats not what you want to talk about, then dont.

You did try to respond to me. Youre the first one that did. You didnt answer my question and now youre hostile about it. I asked a question and you got hostile. I didnt tell you to do that. Someone else who isnt hostile could have answered it since you dont want to answer it. Nobody told you to reply to me

Ill just ask again since its a new page and zang is done. Im not aware of americas legal culture or anything. But assuming trump does pay, and that the defence acts within the confines of the law (I.e. doesnt lie when trump tells them to lie, things like that), how is merely representing trump in court going to ruin their reputation?

He always blames his team for his illegal shit, hell throw you under the bus if it means saving him a dollar. Thats the Republican way though, they know that.

they're probably feared their own safety.

if they lost, Trump supporter will accuse them for losing the case on purpose and might try to assassinate them

It's all about perception; If you are seen to be consistently winning high profile cases, then you are likely to be retained more often. But if you lose, then people may think twice about hiring you.

Imagine throwing away your career to represent Trump.

Also, does he not pay his lawyers? I read that he has a history of not paying off his bills.
No, he doesn't, and that's most likely why they won't take his cases.

apparently before he was even president his lawyers would record their conversations with him because he would often deny things he said to them later on
and would tell one lawyer one thing and another lawyer something completely different
as well as just not paying for him he was just an all around miserable person to work for

This case is going to be incredibly high profile, and will end up as THE case they are known for, forever, regardless of how it does.

The left is going to turn trumps legal team into a meme'd to death laughing stock. With Trump as a client, fumbling and looking dumb in court is almost guaranteed. Amber Heard's lawyers are an absolute joke, these days, and this is going to be WAY worse.

The right will inevitably turn on them too, once Trump throws them under the bus, which he will do sooner or later. Even if they somehow win, Trump ALWAYS throws his people under the bus. And if they lose, well:

Trump will inevitably bombard them with demands to do illegal shit that will get them disbarred.

They'll inevitably be lumped in with Giuliani, just by proximity alone.

Not to mention, considering Alex Jones' lawyers are right now being investigated due to the shit their client caused in that trial, its understandable that most lawyers wouldn't want to willingly invite Alex Jones But The President This Time into their lives.

There's a LOT of reasons their reputation could take a hit from this.
