Let's say for instance the average woman was 6 inches taller than the average man, and this had been the case for thousands of years. All other differences between sexes remains the same.

Would this create a fairer, less misogynistic society, as women would be better able to assert and defend themselves in general?

I mean I get what you're saying but most bodybuilders and super strong guys are 5'8" on average.

My girlfriend is like half an inch taller than me and I'm 6'1" 205lbs. She is a thick athletic girl too that was a tomboy around a farm and horses her entire young life. And she has no chance in overpowering me. It's like the same juice just isn't going to her muscles.

You'd have to give them more than 6 inches. They'd need the power too.

I think height is just a ram horn sort of deal at this point, it's effective at attracting mates but is otherwise detrimental. In fights the shorter guy usually has the advantage, just because leverage and physics.
