Yeah, I found myself with a similar problem, I had to cut out basically all algorithmically curated sources. YouTube is no subscription-only, no facebook or tiktok, or anything else. That shit can just ruin your attention span. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm kinda dealing with this myself right now. I'm trying to look for new shows to watch and can't find anything that holds my interest. But it extends to movies and even video games too. I think it's just something to do with modern entertainment. I have much better luck with older content. I can turn on a classic Hitchcock film or put on an episode of The Twilight Zone and get absorbed right away, but your typical present-day superhero movie bores me to death.
