how fucked am I going to be pain wise? Do they usually do 4 at once it out over time?

The pains not that bad honestly the worst part is having to eat soft food for days on the end

Probably all at once and the pain is completely variable. I was fine, but I've known people who weren't so lucky.

No worries, the painkillers they typically use for such a procedure will have you acting all goofy for the next several hours without any feeling of pain. Just be sure not to let your friends or family have a smartphone handy to record you with, unless you want to wind up like the Batman fancier below.

I got all four out recently. Was pretty much fine, took a bit to stop bleeding. My mouth is still a bit tight, and it feels like theres something in it still, but apparently thats normal, not sure how long until that ends.

For the record, I was put under for like an hour, and I was pretty sharp mentally when I woke up. I couldnt talk for a while, but I could walk and type on my phone pretty soon after.

I thought it would hurt a lot and planned to have them knock me out. Luckily, no one told me that you weren't supposed to eat for 24 hours before being knocked out like that, so I ended up just being numbed. It was such a nothing "operation" that I was extremely glad I ended up going with the much cheaper, quicker option.
