If he didn't have it, then it would've been very easy to prove it. Accusations like these are serious. I'm pretty sure GOP would've put some dumbass red tapes if there wasn't a credible threat. For reals. You can find articles going back to two years talking about how Trump walked out of the White House with classified materials. This is just that particular chicken finally coming home to roost.
