First you say "___ be like!" and then cut to yourself pulling a face or making a noise. You can maintain a constant output and people will eat it up this way. -Start many pieces of content by browbeating your audience for two minutes. I mean like "I looked at the analytics and you didn't watch the full duration of the previous content. You didn't watch the ads either. I work hard making content so the least you could do is be a little grateful and watch the whole thing. Do it right next time." -Attack youtube for the measures it's taken against content creators. Remind the people that the point of youtube is for content creators to learn the meta and generate as much money as they can. Defend these people vehemently. -Big garish thumbnails. Capital letters and exaggerated facials. -Lots of sponsors. -Say something like "Let me know what you think of this in the comments" to get comments. -Browse Knowyourmeme and pounce on any new things that come up, feature them heavily and run them into the ground before anyone else can. -Reference popular youtubers a lot. -Lots of reactions. Also try to keep your content in the same genre that way YouTube will recommend your videos to people who have already watched one of them.
