... Until I decided to add up all the water I drink in a day, and it came up to 4500-5000mL. It's not that I have thirst, it's none of that actually, it just became a habit. A bottle water after waking up, after eating lunch, after exercise, after eating dinner, etc. Never knew I drank that much. In comparison, on average, men are recommended to drink atleast 3000mL a day. But most people only consume about 500-2000mL a day.
