Yeah definitely a lazy Sunday... Not sure if I could handle internet going down I'd probably go to the library lol.

I watched a Bollywood movie called 3 Idiots which was actually good but kinda depressing at times. But it has a happy ending.

I've always thought society was crap, :/ . I was bullied most of my life and friendless, too; i'm still friendless. The amount of hatred I see everywhere disgusts me and depresses me... being transgender, it's something that's especially important to me, considering how many people like me are treated just for being who we are. I can't help but feel more than a little misanthropic.

My nearest library is like twenty five to thirty minutes away, >.< . I have to drive ten minutes or so to even get a signal.

The library? As far as I know, it was fine because it's on the incline of a hill. The rest of town that was closer down, though... that would have made it harder to actually get to the library. Some of the buildings were mostly covered in water and are still being worked on.

Also, no, :( . Just continuing my Spravato treatments.

I was gonna say I've never had a flood but I have been through some bad blizzards. But our cities are pretty much built for that I guess because the power usually holds.

The power system around here is extremely fragile because of how many trees are around, >.< . If any moderately hard rain, wind or snow happens, the trees come down easily and sometimes bring powerlines or the entire poles with them. There were a ton that snapped in half during the flooding, for example...

I think it's going as well as you could reasonably hope, I guess? I'm not perfect, but i'm definitely better than before i'm started; I don't have nearly as many days where I just sit or lay around and do nothing but wallow around in my despair. I'd still rather be dead than be alive, but as far as things go, this is a big improvement. For things to get better, i'd need to have tangible improvements in my life (like making friends, finding ways to be social, finding some sort of purpose or something that provides contentment, etc.), and those things just aren't likely.

If it weren't for gacha games, music would be a berry easy choice, but... i'm a chronic gacha addict. My life revolves around them, more or less. I'd regularly be blowing thousands of dollars on them if I actually had the money for it, :/

I have a driver's license (possibly not after the end of the year, though), but I just don't know what to do. There are no obvious places for me to make friends, no guarantees or anything like that. My anxiety is too strong, and I live in such a hick area that there's no chance of me ever finding anyone who would eve want to be around me...

Also, I don't drink. I'm on a bunch of meds that I shouldn't mix with alcohol, x.x

By lost in the sauce I just mean getting carried away lol.

Listening to/finding new music, playing my gacha games, streaming gameplay via Twitch for what i've been playing (nearly done with a full replay of Bloodborne) for my fiance or otherwise spending time with him, sleeping, or sitting with my mom.

Well, maybe you just think something you can't have is what is going to make you happy. If nothing you have makes you happy then why would something you suddenly get make you happy?

Sometimes I think I want to be around other people until I actually am around other people, and then I get comfortable and make a fool of myself. You might not have the same fate but I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't end up liking it

It depends on how comfortable I am with the person. I've socialized a few times since graduating high school over nine years ago with people who were good to me in the past, and my anxiety was manageable. I enjoyed the time I spent with them.

They're still going as good as you can hope, >.< . I'm definitely better than I was before I started, but not perfect, either.

Note to self: When(if) I ever buy a house, make sure it is on a hill or something so it can't flood.

Same lol, I realized that they have all mostly moved on. I actually contacted one recently and asked to hang out and he was very vague, but his dad also just died. Everyone has more exciting stuff going on.

I might try to make some friends at uni through the mature students assoc.

Is there a meetups on meetups.com for your area? You could always start one or something. That's a bunch of effort though... I don't even do it myself.

The nearest meetups on the site are hours away, lmao. No one does anything in southeastern Kentucky.

Yes I am lucky I was able to pick this route at no real cost to me, if I had to just go back into the work place I'd probably be miserable. Or if I decided to just do nothing, I'd probably feel okay for now but that just gets worse and worse the longer it goes on. And plus I have some goals even though my mental illness did away with my will to live a long time ago.

I started volunteering recently. it's not a super social kind of thing but it's good for just getting out of the house and having something to do. Food banks are everywhere and the people there basically have to be nice lol.

One of my ideas is basically for some fictional object Y there are determinate locations for some real object X within a particular interval of time. That's how I'd summarize it at the moment. I've tested it twice... But it's not super scientific... yet
