Marmalade Boy is one of them for me. I particularly like the English dub; the voices, translation, music and art style make for a lovely anime that I dont get from reading the manga. Although the amount of times Yuu and Miki break up then make up gets ridiculous by the end of the anime given the extra story arc not in the manga.

Also Urusei Yatsura. I like Takahashis work but Urusei Yatsura was one where the anime was so much better. Her other work like Ranma and Maison Ikkoku have good anime and good manga.

What's the one where a dude raises this orphan chick only to sleep with her in the end? I always hear people say the anime's better since it got rid of that plot point.
