So remember those Jaguar Slides I ordered? Well the brand's instagram, as well as the checkout page both said 7 day shipping. Well now a few days after I placed the order, they said my order will ship out in 6-8 weeks. I am not waiting that long and I want to cancel the order as a matter of principle. Plus I bought some plane tickets and they cost me more then I thought and want to help pay for it a little. Also the company is providing an extra 10 dollar gift card in the box, but I do not want to buy anything else from this brand after this bullshit.

If you are mislead on when the shipping time for a product is, could you dispute the charge? That is a huge jump from the 7 days that was stated. I have proof of what the promised ship time was. I emailed the company but I know damn well they aint giving refunds.

The closest bet you have is product not received as ordered, but youre still stretching it.

Though if you dont dispute much, credit cards tend to credit you back without much fight.

I never disputed a charge in my life and I have been a customer of this bank for years. So I am hoping that they approve it. Still pending though so I cant do anything about it right now.

From what I read they do not do refunds lol. I sent them an email just to be sure but I doubt it

no, disputing is for when something goes wrong such as this. fraud claims are for unauthorized charges. TC should do a dispute and it should be reversed

Oh thats hype! Thanks so much for the input! Once Kito inevitable rejects my refund request, I will hit up the bank with the evidence and see what happens.

Kito has had tons of shipping issues and seem to be incompetently run, so...maybe they send my shoes anyway lol.

A dispute is a dispute. An unauthorized charge is a dispute. A fraud claim is also a dispute.

You cant just dispute something because a product is taking longer to deliver than you wanted.

Yea.

Different banks handles it differently.

A dispute for a credit card also differs than a debit or ach dispute.

I know this isn't the time for it, but I told you so.
