I just saw Thor LaT and it was clear it was just a more narrow focus towards a younger audience. In that respect, it didn't suck, but it lost a lot of substance imo. Black Panther was put together really well. It's like the Nolan Dark Knight of Marvel imo. Also can see in the dark since he's adapted to be able to see in the depths of the ocean, is quite long lived, etc. IIRC something about him being a human/Atlantean hybrid amps up his stats. He does slowly get weaker the longer he's away from water but it doesn't kill him like it does other Atlanteans.
