Nothing that we know about the natural world suggests the supernatural exists. I once came quite close to dying as a kid, and I had no sense whatsoever that there were angels, demons, spirits, or God. Just an all consuming emptiness. The next day she told my mom that she took a pregnancy test when she got home after I had told her because was trying to get pregnant with her husband for the past 5 years or so and her mother died not too long ago. The pregnancy test was positive and she stopped smoking immediately afterwards.
