the right is powerful because they seemingly take in any ally they can get regardless if there are individual issues that separate voters within the parties.
as far as i've noticed, there aren't any witch hunts to destroy reputations or lives when conflicting issues are brought up.

the opposite seems true of the left which seemingly consist of a bunch of splintered communities each of which want to be first in line to absolutely demolish their members when they step out on issues that don't fall in line with what that individual community think is right.

an obvious example is jk rowling.

also, maybe that's why the left never "gets anything done" because it seems like ANY action they take will automatically make their current president the worst president in history.

Accurate.

Also add in the right likes appealing to people's negative emotions while the left wants to shame people into doing stuff.

It's like if you're fat, the right would all be like yeah, eat that donut. Fat is beautiful. The left would be like "eew you fat."

Bruh JK Rowling is buddying up with self proclaimed theocratic fascist Matt Walsh. The left isn't splintered on where we stand with her lol

People basically drove her over there. One side trying to ruin your life. The other trying to take you in. You're going to feel some kind of way.

People have been voted out, censured by state parties, etc. for not saying that the election was stolen and there was widespread voter fraud.

You'll have to be more specific.

BoTh SiDeS are fairly splintered and generally unwilling to buddy up with people who don't completely fall in line with their politics. Just look at how often conservatives pull the no true Scotsman card when another one steps out of line.

I'd say the left is just less likely to be accepting of their more extreme fringes than the right. I don't see many politicians talking about how tankies, antifa, and leftist anarchists are actually cool people whereas the right is more likely to shake hands with proud boys and the like.

just reiterating what's already been said:

if it was prior to this when her reputation was untouched, then it suggests she just enjoys hanging around with terrible people which would probably make her a terrible person.

can you provide some examples since i "anecdotally" haven't seen people trying to kill reputation or careers because they didn't fall in line?

i really can't imagine something like "this person wants more gun control... let's wreck his life" type deal.

lol this is definitely true and goes with what i've been saying since they just want more allies regardless of how far right they are.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head but there were a ton of times the Trump camp started throwing around terms like rino when another conservative spoke out against Trump.

It's a flawed premise to begin with anyway though

It was after she came out with her disgusting beliefs that trans women are men in dresses trying to invade women's spaces to assault them. So in other words, she's always been ideologically aligned with Matt Walsh

Then no. She was always a conservative, people just had more respect for her when she was mask on/they didn't actually know her policy desires. People were just used to the idea that Great Britain didn't have a visible far-right party so misconstrued her not being a complete fascist with being liberal.

For the record, she's not being attacked for "having wrong opinions" or anything like that. She leverages her wealth to influence charities to specifically stop helping trans women. So she is actively a bad person because she actively does significant bad things. And was doing this before she received the public backslash, so she wasn't
pushed to this point."

If not for Joe Biden defeating Donald Trump, I'd think that America really only had one political party and that everything was just for show.

The only way the left's "we've done nothing and we're all out of ideas" approach makes sense is if they're intentionally trying to lose. But then if it's all just one big conspiracy and the US is heading for fascism anyway, why didn't they keep the grand champion of fascist rhetoric as president? Why'd they let Biden win?

If you ever think there's some grand conspiracy, the first step is there isn't. Hanlon's razor and all that.

Democrats' strategy:

Step 1) Defeat Donald Trump
Step 2) Roll over and play dead

It makes no sense either way. If it's a rigged game, why didn't Trump win? If it's actual competition, why isn't the left fighting back against these attacks on American freedoms?
