I now play my music through a speaker as I walk around and not be so worried about slightly disturbing others peace for the one minute it takes for me to leave earshot. Feels freeing mentally. Even before this, Ive always made eye contact. You gotta head nod a lilat people. Also, when someone has an attitude over everything, it makes it way easier to care even less if you disturb them for a few minutes.
