The Clone Wars cartoon is like nails scraping a chalkboard. It is much worse than the prequels, and the stuff they do with the more mythological aspects of Star Wars - like, the Mortis arc? - oh, God, it's a nightmare.

The Hookshot stopped being cool / useful after OoT, and I didn't miss it for a second when BotW did away with it.

Trema (FF X-2) is the most fun I had fighting a superboss in the entire FF series, with Hell Wyrm (FF XII) in second place. All the others were just various degrees of luck-based chores (and Yiazmat was just Hell Wyrm amplified well past the point of tedium).

For the most part, Skyrim's streamlining of the leveling system was a blessing after Oblivion. And Morrowind's leveling system was close enough to Oblivion's to earn its fair share of criticism as well.

This one isn't true. It's one of the (very) few forms of entertainment that are kid-friendly in general. It could survive on that alone.

FFX laughing scene is unironically a good scene

Wes Craven's Last House on The Left is garbage. The remake while nothing special is much better with Aaron Paul's character 100x better than anyone in the original film. It also doesn't have those dumbass scenes with the police who feel like they're in a Benny Hill sketch and not a sadistic horror film.

Wes Craven has great movies, but that film is probably the most overrated horror film ever.

Not only should it be posted in the sex and sexuality board, it also gives off an extremely uncomfortable mentality.

Like consent isn't required, nor assumed, and those that create threads on these and others that respond to them seem to almost have some type of rape fetish.

Achievements are the dumbest "feature" to ever be added to games. Completely pointless noise that reward you for doing something you'd do by normally playing the game, break immersion with notifications as if I need to be told I just beat a boss, and the fact that so many people consider then essential to modern games is completely ridiculous.

When the achievements are usually just "100% the game" I think they're perfectly fine. A pointless checklist you can do if you enjoy the game.

But when the achievements are like "do a 200-combo without touching the ground and only pressing the L2 button once" then its just **** that noise and literally none of the achievements are worth anything anymore.

Physical offices will unfortunately almost always be around due to a combination of two things:
1) People abusing the system with charging time, someway, somehow. Even if it's just related to general productivity, not actual time-spent on the job.
2) The folks who can't be bothered to answer their phones/work messages in a timely manner, probably because they think they can get away with ignoring whoever the person in question is that's trying to reach them. (With a physical office, the in-person conversations force the issue).

Soccer is an inferior sport that's only popular around the world because it's incredibly easy to learn and costs almost nothing to participate in. For kids, it's great to learn basic teamwork and dexterity. As a professional sport for entertainment, it's awful.

It depends on what you mean by what's objectively wrong. 1+1 = 3 is objectively wrong in the decimal system. Phoeinix is in Kentucky is objectively wrong.
The death penalty is not morally wrong is an opinion. If you mean something along the lines of hte former where you can either quantify, measure, or physically locate the subjects in the statement, then I'm with you. If you mean the latter, then I disagree though I can't say you're objectively wrong.

Both can be poorly thought but for different reasons. "Mozart is overrated" can at least put some measurements in it in some way, though it doesn't necessarily validate the opinion. While Kanye West, despite being the number 1 artist of the past 5 years, only had 30 million views per month. Mozart didn't even do anything original. He ripped off <insert name here>. BTW, I'm unsure of the numbers and the statement of Kanye West. I literally made it up to use it as an example.

Even when phrased that way it doesn't validate the opinion, but it at least uses facts to back up the opinion.
"I don't like Mozart" can be poorly thought out. "why don't you like Mozart?" "because I don't." Now while that's a valid reason for his opinion, there was literally no thought to that opinion, and could have been poorly thought out.

CE is utterly incapable of understanding objective facts versus dearly held personal values and convictions.
