I mean, Im still on my anti-anxiety meds which make me want to gorge on sugar and carbs.

So thats fun.

I dont actually think Ill start getting all ano again because I just want to gorge myself like a pig.

Its been a baseline of physiological anxiety symptoms for a few weeks and I objectively know thats what is causing it all, and I cant up my meds because then Im just a brainless moron.

So Im left hating myself for eating shit like a pig, but without the willpower to stop myself, and going off my meds is not an option. At all.
