No, but I still love how the excuse one of our officials gave for taking so long to respond was "oops I forgot my password"

Edit:

HI-EMA administrator Vern Miyagi took responsibility for the incident, ultimately resigning over it. Miyagi described the initial warning as a "mistake", saying it "should have been caught" before the alert was sent out. HI-EMA officials, including Miyagi, said there was no evidence that the agency's systems had been hacked to send the false emergency message.

There were two options:

Incoming Missile
Incoming Missile -- Drill

The operator was supposed to click on Drill. However, he was sloppy, and clicked on the first option, which was not a drill. Most Hawaiians got a text message saying that a missile was incoming

This was not the first time that the operator had clicked the wrong option. It had happened before, but the first time it did not go to all Hawaiians. Since this was his second major error, he was fired

I never found out if they reprogrammed the system so that it is more intuitive

Feels like the kind of thing where they should have a separate access terminal for drills-only.

From what I've heard, he clicked on the "Not a drill" option intentionally because he thought that a drill was the actual thing.

Trump absolutely would've nuked North Korea then if he hadn't been busy at the time.
