Kim and Saul are like the last two amongst the main cast of characters who aren't dead yet

Only the main characters

Kettlemens are confirmed alive
Vaccum guy is confirmed alive (ironically)

Lars and his twin are probably alive
Film students are probably alive
Ernie's probably alive
Cliff Main and Erin are probably alive
Viola is probably alive
Kevin and Paige are probably alive
Scwikhart (sp) is probably alive

The real question is Tuco's grandmother. Gus said he killed all the Salamanca's but is he spewing toxic masculinity and only talking about the boys?

As long as Flynn and Louis survive, there's still hope for a spin-off adventure show

I have a feeling she died in between seasons 1 and 5. When Jimmy meets Lalo, they talk about Tuco and Jimmy asks Lalo about his abuelita and Lalo doesn't answer and has a sort of grim face. Could be Lalo just wanting to get to business, but it could mean she passed away since she seemed pretty old. I assume she's Hector's mother and he's already old himself so she must have been pretty up there. Gus was probably talking about the men involved in the cartel anyway.

Iirc the actress who played her is dead so they might have just quietly killed off the character
