Dad was tossing out his charcoal grill, nothing wrong with it, but it doesn't have a lid. I'm clueless where to find replacement parts for that kind of thing as I've always used propane.

Anyone know where I can order a lid from online? I checked Amazon, but its not really something they sell apparently.

Grills are so cheap that it's usually not worth the bother of hunting down parts.

Hardware stores. Check online at Home Depot and Lowes. Maybe Ace Hardware or a local store. Be sure to measure the grill before buying it.

They are cheap in America... I live in Canada, on an island no less. The cheapest grill is 30 dollars CAD and that's a crap shallow one. The kind dad was throwing out was around 250. Hence why I was trying to find a website where I could just buy a lid for it, or even make a lid for it. I'm close to broke, so I can't just afford to go out and buy a brand new grill especially when I might be moving in a year, so as much money as I can save for the move would be ideal.
