I'd take a picture but it's dark as heck out, and it wouldn't really show much other than his light.

Looks like he jerryrigged a flashlight or two onto his electric-cable pushmower, which is still fairly loud for the time of night. He's really give'n er too.

Revenge mow. Wait til he's settled in bed and start mowing.

I offered (obviously for a rent discount), but she does it for free.

I mean, I can see it. What if your lawn is embarrassingly overgrown and there is rain forecasted for the next several days? Maybe you were busy all day or it was fucking hot and you want to mow when the sun goes down?

he def was sitting around his property this evening around 7, drinking cheap beer.

and this guy is like 30ish, hipster-lookin, etc.

How fucking hot, muggy, & miserable has it been where you live? Because I can understand wanting to avoid the heat, although that late at night is really pushing it.

Every city that isnt Podunk has noise bylaw regulations that prevent this after 10 PM.

also for the rain-sayers you can mow in the rain.. just be aware of the limitations

Have a neighbour that lets his wife do all the outdoor work. Once in a blue moon he can sit on a riding lawn mower and do parts of the lawn mowing.
One summer, her father, a retired nice man, came and mowed the lawn for them.

Not bad at all. 25ish with no humidity. Even at the worst of times its fine. We do get -40 for weeks at a time in winter tho. I get what ur saying, but no, it wasnt that. We dont live in AZ.

For those commenting on noise

I mentioned its an electric mower. There isnt a lot of noise. No more than traffic at this hour.

Be glad you don't live where I do then. The last time I had to do yard work it was 100 with 70% humidity.

Been there. Btw humidity is relative so 70% doesnt really say anything.
