I know those kids didnt come up with those words. Ive heard those words before, Chappelle says. The more you say I cant say something, the more urgent it is for me to say it. Why is it ok for chappelle to say whatever he wants because comedian, but people are not allowed to criticize or dislike his work? When did this dude become so arrogant and become what comedians always rail against?

You can criticize Dave all you want, but people also have the right to criticize what you critisize as well.

I don't understand why people would go after comedians. Does that further your cause? Being offended does nothing for those who are suffering as trans. The best you can do is vote in the right people. Anything else is just muddling the waters.

I'd have to hear his tone of voice and see his facial expressions.

Lost so much respect for Dave over the past year.

I remember when in an interview with I think Letterman where he talks about how much respect he has for the younger generation because of what they were doing with the BLM protests.

That respect didn't seem too last long.

You know that spongebob episode where he based his entire act on making fun of squirrels to the point people actually thought squirrels were like that? Then he switched it up and started making fun of everybody as well as squirrels at the end? And by the way, I can't stress this enough: only bad comedians use "offending people" as a punchline.

This dude cannot seem to let this shit go for the life of him but the worst part about it is he refuses to listen despite him literally asking for a forum in his "masterpiece".

Of all the injustices happening in this country, trans people rights are the most upsetting to him. He's also been playing both angles like his opinion shouldn't be held to a high standard because he's a comedian while simultaneously defending his narrow views because of his freedom to artistic expression.
