Salt isn't bad. Just like everything else you eat it is only bad if you eat way too much of it.

i looked up how they make soy sauce.

basically, they ferment soy bean paste to get that flavor, make a broth with it, and dump in a bunch of salt, then ferment it more.

so

its the same salt.

Neither Soy Sauce or Salt are harmful to you unless you have hyper-tension or eat a ludicrus amount of it at once. If you don't have hyper-tension then salt is fine.
