Pepys Monster 07/08/22 10:38:31 AM #1:	She used to say things like Im your wife and I wont ever leave you and you know that. She did leave me for another guy, because I called another girl beautiful. After she left, I fought for her, with no success. I tried various strategies like apologizing, being optimistic that well be okay, telling her how much I love her, telling her we can still be friends, telling her how unfair this was, etc. I pretty much just gave up. I met women who just wanted to use me for my money. Its been over 9 months and shes still with that other guy. While I think it should generally be okay to call someone else beautiful, as a relationship should have trust, this does sound worse. I think I remember other details that sounded like borderline emotional cheating, as well as drinking issues. I know it's hard, but you well be better off not focusing on her at all. After this happened several times, I decided I was done and broke up with her. She was devastated, but she has since moved on and is in a much better place and dating someone who is likely more suited for her.
