I can't tell if this is the path the game is going on or not. I don't particularly care about the "H" scenes, and preferred it this way as it made the game more innocent. Also, despite the game saying these are all 18-year-olds, they are in their 2nd year of HS, so the thought kinda is creepy to me. I only played this game off the recommendation that it was described as DDLC before DDLC was created. Well worth the playthrough, still can't believe I got cucked though. I don't go out of my way to play VN's as they aren't typically my cup of tea, but I do find the genre to be pretty good for the more creative stories. I think I liked the protag in this a lot more than the DDLC protag. Even during the part ~~where it misleads the player into thinking it's a traditional VN with a big love story,~~ the first route of ~~YOU/ME/HER~~ is done significantly better (I feel if it ended with the first route ending, that alone would have been a pretty strong ending for the average romance fan. The ~~baseball moment~~ actually was a pretty good moment to me, even with me knowing that the game had a ton more to go with it). Really, the only part about ~~DDLC is that it ends bleak, and Sayoria really sends a shiver down your spine in terms of how the first route ends.~~ Knowing it came out quite a bit before DDLC is quite a shocker in terms of how much more meat is in the game.
