Enter ZELDA as your name to skip to the 2nd quest (does everyone know this?), or try a randomizer. You'll begin with all equipment, including the White Sword, the Magical Shield, the Blue Ring, and even the Power Bracelet." It also has 8 bombs, 9 keys, blue candle, red medicine, arrows, and bait, and the life meter is 6 hearts. It starts you at the start screen of Q1, so you can't do the ZELDA trick. I did go to ~~Q1 level 2~~ to confirm, as that's different in Q2.
