How much do I need to eat?

I really dropped the ball somewhere. Before COVID-19, I was doing great in the gym. Then it kept shutting down. Then it re-opened and stayed open. But it was never the same.

So...I don't know most of that stuff. I could attempt to log my food. I drink many glasses of water throughout the day. I have regularly drank alcohol for the last year. My goal weight is 170 lbs.

Start adding more protein to your diet. Either in the form of protein powder or actual meat. Eat a little bit more than you usually do a day. Maybe its adding a little bit extra food per meal, maybe its adding a protein shake in between meals.

Besides what everyone is saying about eating more (which is definitely necessary), are you actively trying to increase the weight that you are lifting as well?

You said you are 115 benching for reps. How many sets and reps are you doing? And what other exercises you you doing besides just benching?

You need to consume like 5k calories a day + lots of protein with that body type. Which I know cause it's the same body type I have.
