The "hero" tipster overheard a conversation that a mass shooting was being planned for the celebration at the Dogwood Dell amphitheater and called that information into police on July 1, said Richmond Police Chief Gerald Smith during a news conference. The amphitheater seats 2,400 people, according to the city's website.

The same day as the tip, police went to a residence at the 1000 block of Columbia Ave. where they found the weapons and ammunition. In total, police found two assault rifles, one handgun and 223 rounds of ammunition at the home, Smith said.

Julio Alvardo-Dubon, 52, and Rolman A. Balacarcel, 38, have been charged with being non-U.S. citizens in possession of a firearm

The mass shooting plot was going to target Richmond's Dogwood Dell Amphitheater, the site of the city's fireworks display.

They planned a mass shooting but someone overheard their plans and called it into the cops.

Can you imagine if two non-citizens (one who had already been deported once) had shot up a July 4th celebration? That would have been the end of Biden. Republican's would have jumped on that and you would have seen "illegal alien" hysteria like never before.

This tipster saved 200 lives and Biden's presidency.

This would have handed Trump the Presidency. "I tried to tell you! Illegals are flooding our streets and committing horrible mass killings. And Sleepy Joe has done nothing to protect you. Nothing."

It's so something that TC's focus on the prevention of a mass shooting was the President's re-election chances.
