Well the opening sequence of the lion king was pretty cool. But thats about it.

Disagree, I thought beauty and the beast was great.

Aladdin was alright..
Mulan was also okay, but more of a disservice.

I've only seen Beauty and the Beast and The Jungle Book, and I thought that they were good.

I also heard that Aladdin was pretty decent.

Aladdin was good.
Cinderella was good too.

I enjoyed The Jungle Book. Christopher Walkens King Louie was perfect.

Jungle book was the best. Theyre decent movies, but pale in comparison due to the limitations of live action and lack of creativity. Also theres no need for them. The fact that they're blatant cash grabs makes me more critical.

I peaced out after Jungle Book, the trailers delivered more emotion than the final product.

Jungle Book is the only one I've seen that's good. I'm sure it helps that it's probably also the worst movie that's being remade. I really don't like the Disney cartoon version.

I remember liking Jungle Book. Lion King was alright, but making the animals "real" took all of the emotional impact out of everything. Aladdin was ok too, but I felt like Will Smith phoned it in compared to Williams's genie. Haven't seen the others.

I've seen Jungle Book, Lion King, and Beauty and the Beast.

I thought Jungle Book was actually really good. I didn't like the new Lion King. Beauty and the Beast was just okay.

I enjoyed Aladdin enough. I couldn't force myself through beauty and the beast when I tried but I might give it another chance eventually. I had no interest in watching lion king as I love the original as is.

My wife won't even watch them at all as she doesn't feels like they'll ruin the originals.

Aladdin, Lion King, and Beauty and the Beast are all complete dogshit. The Jungle Book was disappointing but okay.

Jungle Book was good. I think the only other one I've bothered to watch was Lion King, and it was the 'Avatar' of the Disneyverse - pretty to look at while you're watching it, utterly forgettable afterwards.

I have zero desire to rewatch any of the live action remakes, but I have a little bit of desire to rewatch the original animated films.

Chip & Dale is pretty great, even if shameless nostalgia bait.

I'm still trying to figure out how new Lion King is like 30 mins longer than OG Lion King when they cut songs from the new one and added nothing new.

I didn't hate any of them but they were just so unnecessary. Just cash grabs instead of coming up with new material.

All the remakes Ive watched have been good. Id say Lion King and Aladdin were my favorites.

with the exception of Mulan. Loved the original animated movie but the live action was a bit disappointing.

You know what they should do?

Make a new version of "Song of the South".

Change the surrounding story, reanimate the B'rer rabbit parts with new voice actors. Keep it during sharecropping, after the Civil War, but take the white family out of it. Uncle Remus is still a former slave, but he's literally an Uncle living with his own family. He's telling his grandniece and nephews the stories as passed from his own grandfather while dealing with the hardships of sharecropping and racism. Make the antagonists in the story like the white sharecropper boss also be the voices of the animal antagonists in the animated portions.

Education for Death is probably not getting a live-action remake.
