You can play them in any order. Going 1 > 2 > Brotherhood of Steel will let you understand the lore mentioned in each but that's about it. 2 is a sequel set WELL after the first. You're literally the grandkid of FO1 MC. BoS is literally ONLY about the Brotherhood of Steel, which you meet and interact with in both games but not in any MAJOR capacity.

Unrelated but, is anyone gonna splurge on themselves before the sale ends? I know I'm gonna get DBZ Kakarot but can't decide between mega man zero collection or Phoenix wright. Tough choice.

I bought Alice Madness in Wonderland and the first 3 Yakuza games (on Fanatical, not Steam. It was a good $10 cheaper).

Amazon is currently doing a promotion through Twitch Prime (if you're subscribed to Amazon Prime) where they're giving away a bunch of games. Both Darkside Detective games are on there and can be played I believe through Amazon Games launcher.

You can thank all those scammers trying to swindle kids out of gift cards for that one. Scammers ruin everything i swear

Sea of Thieves is an interesting game. I played it with my wife and it didn't quite click for us, but I think with the right group of friends / partner / spouse, it has the capacity to ensure many great times are to be had.

I like that it's very open in nature and your only real limit within the sandbox is your imagination and you utilise the tools given. Also, ship sailing was quite relaxing lol. As always Zero, hope you enjoy it mate.

@bluezero - I'm hoping this is correct as the drop menu isn't coming up.

Steam will only let me send a 4 gift card as opposed to a 5 one which is annoying. I can either send you that to help contribute towards something bigger that you'd like to buy, or I can pick you up something close to 5 in value on your list. Doesn't matter if it goes over a little bit.

I appreciate your honesty. I still feel you should get a chance at a gift though; we are Steam Friends afterall. Pretty sure you gave me a gift, why not add you into the pool!

Edit: I would like to take a moment to thank Trout for making the Free Games board, and EvilResident for helping him with it. blistr for being a great involvement in these topics. Everyone involved, you have made this community stronger. CE has a lot of in fighting, but topics like this make it feel like a family in a way.
